Data we process
When you request a quote or sample, we process the company name, contact person's name, email address, delivery country, selected product, quantity, application and information entered in the message. To secure the form and prevent abuse, we may temporarily process the IP address, request time and technical verification data.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange samples or delivery and advise on pigment selection. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and on DD32 OÜ's legitimate interest in securing the form and preventing spam and duplicate submissions.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by authorised DD32 OÜ personnel and by hosting and email service providers only as necessary to provide their services. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile may process technical device and network information under Cloudflare's privacy terms. Service providers may use systems outside the European Economic Area subject to applicable data protection safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries and related correspondence are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication unless longer retention is required to perform a contract, meet accounting obligations or defend legal claims. Technical hashes used to prevent duplicate submissions are retained for up to 7 days, and rate-limit records for up to 24 hours.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. To exercise your rights, email info@pigment.ee.
The website does not make automated decisions or create profiles from enquiry data. Do not include information in the message that is unnecessary for handling your enquiry. This notice may be updated when services or legal requirements change.
